Since version 3.7.0, custom fields can be shown on the edit post screen in the admin area. To enable this feature follow these steps:

– Start editing the form whose fields you would like to display in the admin area.
– Click on a custom field that you would like to display.
– In “Automatically Display” make sure “Admin area edit page” is selected.
